We are based in the UK, the city of Brighton, on the south coast of England.

Do you have a retail store?
No we operate and trade online only

Why do you use a PO Box address ?
To remind customers that we do not have a a shop on the high street.
Before we did this customers were phoning to say 'I have travelled to Brighton but can't find your store.....'

Can I collect my order in person from your office or warehouse or call in to look at an item?
We do not keep stock at the office and do not have the facilities for customers to call at our warehouse premises.

How old is the company?
The retail business was founded in 2006. We are a small and friendly team.Urban Hunter is a Limited company registered in England & Wales Reg No 6190766

Can I order a catalogue?
We are a multi-brand store with stock changing daily so we do not produce a printed brochure or catalogue.

Some of the products ranges that we sell, we also distribute to stores. For the UK we distribute Bagaboo bags, Fabric Horse Lock Holders, the Hand Painted Peloton Cycling Figures and Chain-L Bike Oil. The Urban Hunter own label range of t-shirts can be distributed worldwide.If you are a retailer interested in these products do contact us to discuss.

Yes , we supply many courier companies with their bags.
We can supply bags from stock and also make to order with your own graphics and logos.

Can you supply my company , event, club or society with a bulk order of your products?

Will you sponsor me, provide prizes for an event or alleycat race ?
We help when we can but we cannot give prizes or help every time. We now receive a request fpr prizes every day.
If you do not hear from us, nothing personal but we cannot reply to every request for free items.
