It doesn't feel or look like a regular waterproof pack.The Citizen Pack combines the rugged functionality of the XL Work Pack in a smaller size for everyday use.

A super tough outer shell that features a combination of Cordura, Ballistic Nylon and Flashpoint fabrics.The waterproof Flashpoint lining is made using a revolutionary new fabric that was originally developed for use in portable water tanks. The fabric is unbelievably strong, more than twice the strength of PVC but only half the weight.
