This new product range is a little off the cycling track but is a taster of some new things to come. We are bike nuts at heart but do have other interests and when we see well made products sometimes we just have to get them for you. Billykirk is a small company headed by Chris and Kirk , very interesting guys, vintage nuts like ourselves and with a very clear mission to use top quality materials and hardwear that's only going to get better with age and use. Theses items are made by Amish leather workers in Pennsylvania.

As Chris and Kirk relate..... "Working with these Amish leather workers for a week will really open your eyes. They are not distracted by anything the world's marketing machine is currently pumping out. They have no idea who the Rolling Stones are or that we are at war. It is essentially the 1870's, aside from the hum of a large Honda generator looking out of place in one of the corners. They are allowed to use gas since it is from the earth. We bring the kids gum and they will literally chew the same piece all day. I asked one of the boys what his favorite flavor was. Taking it out of his mouth and pointing to it he said, “The brown kind.�

The leather is vegetable dyed in the tradition of the old West because of its durability and how it changes and ages over time. Vegetable dying is also better for the environment than chrome dying. The leather is also hand treated with natural oils and beeswax so that over time the patina that the leather achieves is beautiful. The stitching is done by hand.

These card/cash cases are perfect for stashing credit card/business cards and cash. Ideal if you like a smaller wallet or if you prefer to keep your stuff in your front pockets. Hand stitched, vegetable dyed and hand oiled leather with dull nickel silver hardware. Top quality waxed cording and German Prym snaps. They only get better with age. One interior section and one rear slip pocket, perfect for bank notes. Size 3 x 4ins. Made in the USA.
