We have commented before with our other Merckx t-shirts that he was the greatest....so far. The Molteni team was founded in 1958, sponsored by an Italian salami company. Eddy joined in 1970 and dominated the sport for a decade. The team was a great group of mostly Belgian riders, an awesome squad including Joseph Bruyere, Marino Bosso and Gianni Mossa.
